2. Eligibility Criteria

General Requirements

• Business Type: UAE-registered entities (LLC, sole proprietorship, free zone companies)
• Signatories: Valid UAE residence visa and Emirates ID required for all authorized signatories
• Trade License: Valid and current trade license mandatory

Specific Package Requirements

• Business Elite: Minimum monthly average relationship balance > AED 750,000
• Business Premium: Minimum monthly average relationship balance > AED 250,000
• Business One: Minimum monthly average relationship balance > AED 5,000
• Business Merchant: Must use ADIB POS machines and settle proceeds through account
• Business Connect: Designed for digital-first businesses, certain business categories only

Account Segmentation Process

ADIB automatically reviews customer relationships twice yearly (June and December) based on 5-month average balances across all accounts and investments. Customers are reclassified accordingly, with new charges applicable for the following 6-month period.
