  • Amount: AED 250,000–subject to property value and eligibility

  • LTV (Finance-to-Value): Up to 80% for ready residential or commercial properties

  • Fixed Component: Determined at application based on risk profile and tenor
  • Variable Component: Linked to 1-month or 3-month EIBOR
  • Supplementary Rentals: May apply for corporate structures
  • Blended Rate Example:50% margin + EIBOR (variable) alongside fixed spread
