  • Age: 21 – 65 years (salaried) or up to 70 years at maturity (self-employed)

  • Employment Tenure: ≥ 6 months (salaried); ≥ 3 years business history (self-employed)
  • Credit Profile: Clean UAE credit bureau record
  • Purpose: Purchase, construction, renovation, or takeover
