Applicants must be aged 21–65 (maturity) and UAE residents (nationals or expatriates) with:

  • Minimum Salary: AED 8,000/month (expats); AED 12,000/month (nationals)
  • Credit Score: ≥ 541 on Al Etihad Credit Bureau
  • Debt Ratios: Debt service ratios per Central Bank guidelines
  • Property Contribution: Minimum down payment per CBUAE (15% nationals; 20% expats)
  • Government Housing Program: Nationals only, construction purpose
