Returns
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened food, supplements, or consumables cannot be returned.
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@tryb.com with your order number and reason for return.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
If you need an exchange, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
Opened or used consumables (bars, drinks, or supplements)
Gift cards or promotional items
Discounted / sale items
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.
We’ll arrange a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect items).
We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us.
