Refund & Return Policy for TRY-B

At TRY-B, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not fully happy with your purchase, we’re here to make things right.

Returns

  • You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

  • For hygiene and safety reasons, opened food, supplements, or consumables cannot be returned.

  • To initiate a return, please contact us at support@tryb.com with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

  • Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

  • If you need an exchange, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Opened or used consumables (bars, drinks, or supplements)

  • Gift cards or promotional items

  • Discounted / sale items

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

  • If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.

  • We’ll arrange a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect items).

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us.
