FAULTY / WRONG ITEM SHIPPED

If you've received a faulty or incorrect item, don't worry! Contact us within 24 hours for assistance. Fill out our Contact Form for prompt assistance on Refunds and Exchanges.

RETURNS ACCEPTED UNDER THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS

If you wish to return an item, just make sure to include a proof of purchase or receipt with your claim. Remember, the item should be in its original brand new condition - unused and with no damage to the jewelry or packaging. When shipping it back, be sure to pack it up well to keep it safe during transit.

RETURNS NOT ACCEPTED UNDER THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS

We do not accept returns for items accidentally damaged, those bought on sale or using a discount, unless you received a faulty product, in which case we will provide a full refund. For hygiene purposes, we're unable to take back earrings unless they're faulty, in which case we'll gladly refund you or exchange them. Please keep in mind that purchases made at one of our stockiest should be returned to them directly

RETURN PROCESS

Upon receipt of your return, we will inspect your item within 10 business days and it remains at the discretion of FIERRO as to whether the item will be accepted for refund/exchange based on the conditions above. Returns and exchanges are valid for orders placed within the UAE only and Shipping charges are not refundable.

Complimentary gifts cannot be exchanged or returned for a refund, and will not be replaced if misplaced, lost or stolen. These items are not covered by our warranty.
