UAE SHIPPING
Orders placed in the UAE before 1 PM will be delivered on the same day, while orders placed after 1 PM will be delivered on the next working day. For orders made on Saturdays after 1 PM, delivery will be on Monday. There will be no deliveries on weekends or holidays.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Enjoy the convenience of international shipping on all products from our online store. The shipping cost will be accurately calculated during the final step of your checkout, and delivery typically takes 3 - 7 working days.
DUTIES AND TAXES
Please take note that certain countries outside the UAE may impose taxes, custom duties, or other fees on your purchases. The recipient will
be accountable for settling these payments, which will be facilitated by our shipping agent before the package is delivered.
When shipping internationally FIERRO adheres to the policy that any delays in deliveries due to import issues are beyond our control and
responsibility. If a delivery is refused, the customer will be responsible for all charges incurred, including the return cost of the package if
applicable to FIERRO.
