Refund Policy
-Refund is made atleast 7 days before the date of order delivery.
-If wrong product is delivered.
- Please check the item upon receiving it. Once the delivery person leaves, no complaints will be accepted.
Refunds will be issued only through the original mode of payment. Please allow up to 45 days for bank/card refunds to be processed.
Cancellation Policy
- Orders canceled less than 3 days before collection or delivery are not eligible for a refund.
- Refunds are possible only if the cake is canceled at least 7 days prior to the delivery date.
Complaints Policy
- Corrections (such as inscription errors) can usually be fixed the same day.
You must inform us within one hour of receiving the cake. - All complaints are taken seriously. Some may require investigation, and immediate refunds may not always be possible.
- Cakes or parts of cakes must be returned on the same day for proper evaluation.
- The maximum refund offered is the value of the cake and delivery.
Additional compensation is not provided.
