Cake size and Serving Guide

Because we know just how hard it is to get the size.

We at SUNSHINE Sweettooth bakes in many different shapes and sizes. The smallest is the cupcakes and biggest up to about 2 meters. Smallest option – a cupcake serve 1 and while in general guide 16 inch cake serves 45 people – more sensible person may serve up to 100 person out of it.

How big is a piece of cake?

It depends on how you slice it and everyone seem to have different answer about that so take a look below to se what we recommend. Also keep you guests and event in mind. Are they more likely to have just a bite or two? Or would they want a second piece? Are there any other deserts available at the party? 

Here is our general guide for round cakes with height up to 12 cm.

5 × 5 inches ➡️ 8–10 servings

6 × 6 inches ➡️ 14–16 servings

7 × 6 inches ➡️ 20–22 servings

8 × 6 inches ➡️ 26–28 servings

10 × 6 inches  ➡️ 38–42 servings

⭐ MEDIUM HEIGHT CAKES — 4 inches height

5 × 4 inches  ➡️ 6–8 servings

7 × 4 inches ➡️ 14–16 servings

8 × 4 inches  ➡️ 18–20 servings

10 × 4 inches ➡️ 30–34 servings
